The Last of Fall

Hi lovelies! Hope you are all doing well. I still haven’t really gotten back to my normal self just yet, but that’s okay. I’m in no rush. I have been trying to keep busy so my mind doesn’t wonder too deep that I begin to drown (that sounds so sad, I know, but it’s the only way I can describe it). I have found that spending time with my sister and loved ones has been the best way for me to ignore it. I’m so happy she is back for Winter break. With that being said, can you believe next week is Christmas already? I feel like there’s still so much left I need to do, and it’s not even officially winter yet. Fall has really flown by. This year feels like it has flown by. 2016 is nearly over, that is seriously crazy.

The end of the year always has me thinking about where I am, where I was, and how far I have come since then. This time last year, I had just graduated, moved, started a new job, and had a completely different mindset. Everything was new. 2016 was really tough. I’ve talked about it throughout the year in my blog posts, but maybe I’ll make a post about this year collectively. And now that I’ve been on this routine for a whole year, I’m craving change. I’m not sure in which direction I want that to be in, but I hope with time I’ll know. Anyway, I think I’m beginning to rant (sorry).

Today, I have for you my last Fall-esque outfit for this year. The next time I post (next Tuesday) it’ll be after Christmas – so I’m hoping to get in some festive shots this weekend to post for you. Have a wonderful holiday everyone! Be sure to tell someone how much you care and appreciate them this weekend. ♡

*Outfit details listed at the bottom*img_0179My outfit wouldn’t be complete without a watch. Here, I’m wearing my favorite: Daniel Wellington. It goes with just about everything I own. – Not sponsored, but I wish.img_0178Details: Hat: Forever 21 | Dress: Forever 21 | Moto-Jacket: Zara | Thigh high-socks: Urban Outfitters | Boots: n/a | Accessories: Daniel Wellington, Etsy.

I’ve showed her on my blog before, but to those of you who are new or don’t know me personally, this is my photographer and sister, Yvonne. ♡
